With standard shipping selected, between 10-14 business days. Custom color grips naturally take a few days longer. If you need the grip faster than that, please call and we will try to accommodate your request.
How do you ship your grips?
All grips are sent standard 3 day shipping. Unless you wish to update to UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air. If overnight is shipping is needed, please select which shipping rate you prefer.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately, we are not able to ship out of the United States however please check with local Staccato dealers in your country to see if they stock our product.

Are the DVC Dragon Scales, VIP and Costa Treebark textured grips the same textures that were featured on STI 2011 gun models and some Staccato models?
YES! Extreme Shooters has worked with STI and Staccato for years to not only provide the textured grips you have come to love on the DVC models but we now offer genuine STI and Staccato grips reduced and textured directly to the customer.
Which custom texture is more aggressive the DVC/Dragon Scales Stipple or the Tactical?
The Tactical is a more aggressive texture.
What is the Costa texture?
The Costa texture is the same as Tree Bark. Different names for the same texture. At this time the Costa texture is discontinued. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
What is the Dragon Scales texture?
The Dragon Scales texture is the same as the DVC. Different names for the same texture.
What models do the 2011 Extreme Shooters DVC/Dragon Scales and Tactical Grip fit on?
The Extreme Shooters custom hand textured grip fits on most 2011 STI models including but not limited to the following - DVC-C, DVC-P, DVC-L, DVC-3, DVC-O, DVC-S, DVC Omni, DVC Open, DVC Limited, DVC Carry, DVC 3 Gun, DVC Limited Island, Apeiro, Tactical 4.0, Edge, HEX, Eagle, HOST, Grand Master, Steel Master, Combat Master, Marauder, HAWK 5.0, and Staccato – P. Our grip will also fit the Staccato gun line including the Staccato – C2, Staccato – P, Staccato – XC, Staccato – XL. Don't see your STI 2011 model? We may just not have it listed. Do Extreme Shooters Custom Hand Textured grips fit the Staccato frame?
Yes, but please note with the Staccato frame, a Gen 1 mag catch is required if upgrading to an Extreme Shooters textured grip. See Gen 1 mag catch option available on each product. The G2 mag catch on the new Staccato grips WILL NOT WORK. Please DO NOT attempt to file, fit or modify any G2 mag catch or you will ruin the Gen 1 grip rendering it useless and non-refundable. Also, see Trigger drop-in question below for additional Staccato conversion information. If converting from a G2 Staccato (star) grip to a G1 Extreme Shooters grip some fitting will be required and we strongly recommend you use a gunsmith to complete the conversion. Or we can simply texture your current Staccato grip and you can utilize all our same parts and save the cost of the new grip. Can Extreme Shooters custom hand texture, reduce and/or paint my new Staccato Grip and leave the star visible?
Absolutely. We offer grip service to customers who already have a STI Staccato Gen 2 Grip. See our grip service rates under our “Services” tab. Due to the high volume of current projects, the star option is custom order only and will take longer to complete. Please send us an email if you are still interested in this option.
I have a standard STI or Staccato polymer grip already, can I send it in for custom texture, reduction and/or paint?
Yes. We offer grip service to customers who already have a STI or Staccato polymer grip. See our grip service rates under our “Services” tab. https://extremeshooters.com/services
How do I send in my "old" grip for texture, reduction and/or paint service?
Place your grip and the mainspring housing inside a padded shipping box, include a copy of the invoice number also inside the box and ship to Extreme Shooters at 3209 Dolphin Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406. Please send your grip only, do NOT send any other parts.
If you have a Staccato C, do not attempt to remove the grip from the frame, just send us the lower frame with grip intact, mainspring housing, trigger, and mag catch. Staccato C owners will need to ship through your local FFL dealer.
How do I send in my frame for the grip frame service and texture package?
Please contact your local FFL dealer to ship your frame to us. We recommend that they ship next day air through UPS or FedEx, fully insured for value, and place your frame inside the padded Staccato bag and velcro it securely before placing it in the box to ship. Our shipping address is 3209 Dolphin Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406. Do not ship your frame to us directly, please use your FFL dealer for the transfer.
What if I want an Extreme Shooters custom hand texture on my Glock?

What if I want an Extreme Shooters custom hand texture on another grip not listed on your
website?
Please call us and let’s discuss your ideas and see if we can help you out! Some other models that we have textured are the TR1 and Glock.
What is a VIP grip?
A shorter version of the full-sized grip with the ability to fit 120mm magazines. If you are converting to full-sized grip to VIP you will need a new shortened mainspring. VIP’s did come standard on STI DVC-C and DVC C DUO. We offer the VIP grip with reduction, texture and optional paint upgrade. The VIP is the equivalent of the Staccato C2 grip. The only difference is the VIP requires a Gen 1 mag catch and the VIP does not support a magwell.
What I prefer no sharp point on the double undercut?
No problem. Please contact us direct and we can simply make you a smoother double undercut.
Why is there a sharp point on the double undercut?
This is done on purpose as a reminder. When you have a proper grip it will help control muzzle flip. And when you have an improper grip this point will remind you that your grip is off and you need to realign your grip to fit comfortably within the undercut.
What if I want a little more or a little less aggression on my texture choice?
We can make mild adjusts to amp up or take down the aggression in our grip texture. Please provide this request in the Designer Notes section of our order form.
Are you able to select the DVC/Dragon Scales Grip color options for the Tactical Grip?
Yes, any color option available for DVC/Dragon Scales Grip can also be ordered for the Tactical Grip.
Do you offer custom colors or options that are not on your website?
Yes! Call us to discuss your color or design ideas and let us help you create your own custom color combination. All custom work is non-refundable.
Do you offer solid color options?
Yes! We can paint any solid-color option on your grip for just the right splash of color you desire.
Do you offer any other colors for the 2011 Grip Screw Kit?
Yes, we offer the standard silver color or upgraded black nitride.
Are there any screws included with my Extreme Shooters 2011 grip order?
Yes. Black nitride lower screws are included with every Gen 1 grip order.
Is gunsmithing required to install my new grip?
We always recommend that a qualified Gunsmith install your new grip. With some basic knowledge, this part is a 90% drop-in replacement on the Gen 1 STI Models. Some filing to clearance the trigger may be required. Check with your Gunsmith for more information.
**Please note with the Staccato 2020 STI Frame, a STI Gen 1 mag catch is required if upgrading to an Extreme Shooters textured grip. See Gen 1 mag catch option in each product. The G2 mag catch on the new Staccato grips WILL NOT WORK. Please DO NOT attempt to file, fit or modify any G2 mag catch or you will ruin the grip rendering it useless and non-refundable. Will the trigger just "drop-in" to my new Extreme Shooters grip?
Most Gen 1 STI triggers will just "drop-in" once the grip is secured on the frame. However, the G2 STI Staccato triggers are a little taller and may require some light filing to fit comfortably in the Gen 1 grip but they will fit. Please contact your qualified Gunsmith for all your fitting needs.
If I complete the conversion on my Staccato to a G1 grip, will my G2 magazines fit the G1 grip?
Yes, G2 magazines fit the G1 grip.
Will my Gen 2 Staccato magwell fit on my new Extreme Shooters grip product?
No. You will need a Gen 1 magwell to fit your new grip.
After preforming a Staccato grip texture service on my grip will my magwell still fit?
Yes. We do not change the area of the grip where the magwell sits.
Does the Gen Staccato 2 mag catch fit the Gen 1 STI/Staccato grip?
No. The mag catches are not interchangeable between the two generations. Do not use or force or file a mag catch ever. If it does not drop in - call us before you do anything else.
